What happens after my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you'll be automatically moved to the Free plan. No credit card required. Upgrade anytime to keep access to premium features.
How are monthly active developers counted?
We count unique developers who have created PRs, submitted reviews, or made commits in the last 30 days. Bot accounts are excluded. This means you only pay for developers who are actively contributing to your codebase.
Do you charge per developer (per seat)?
No. Pricing is flat per organization - we never bill per seat. Each plan includes a monthly-active-developer allowance (unlimited on Business), so adding contributors within your plan doesn't change your price.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to new features. When downgrading, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
How does billing work - can we pay annually or by invoice?
Paid plans are billed by card, monthly or annually (annual saves up to 25%). There's no long-term contract - cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. For annual or larger-organization purchases that need an invoice or purchase order, get in touch.
What does data retention mean?
Data retention is how long we store your historical metrics and analytics. Free keeps 14 days, Pro keeps 180 days (about 6 months), and Business keeps 365 days (a full year) of historical data.
Is my code secure?
Absolutely. We only access repository metadata (commits, PRs, reviews). We never store your source code. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.Learn more about our security practices.
